Dog Ordinance Town of Southwest Harbor

The owner or person charged with custody of a dog shall not permit such dog to disturb the peace and quiet of any person by loud, frequent, and habitual barking, howling, whining or yelping.  Any person found guilty of violating this dog ordinance shall be fined up to $50.00 for each offense.

Owners must have their dogs licensed at the town hall.
